I am Ron Evans, NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach. I am also certified to do corrective exercise mobility assessments.For years, I’ve been passionate about helping people move better, feel stronger, and improve their quality of life.Too many adults accept stiffness, weakness, and declining mobility as a normal part of aging. The truth is that the body responds remarkably well to properly designed exercise at any age.At Pamlico Pirate Health & Wellness, we focus on practical strength, functional movement, balance, and healthy aging strategies that help clients continue enjoying life with confidence.Our approach is supportive, encouraging, and designed for real people.
